2. Website delivery and security
When you access the website, technical connection data are processed, including your IP address, request time, requested file, browser and operating-system information, response status and, where transmitted, the referring page. This is necessary to deliver the website, detect errors and protect it against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure, reliable website.
The website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 5 Yunitsman St., Tel Aviv, Israel. Wix processes visitor data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement and uses affiliated companies and infrastructure providers. Processing may take place outside the EU/EEA. Transfers to Israel rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision; further transfers require an applicable adequacy decision or safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses. Details and information on safeguards are available in the Wix data-processing agreement, sub-processor list and Wix privacy policy. You can also contact us for information.
3. Cookies and local resources
We do not integrate advertising pixels, Google Analytics, embedded maps, social-media feeds or externally loaded fonts into this website. Images, styles and scripts are delivered with the site. The contact feature does not save your entries in cookies or local storage. Technical hosting functions may be used where necessary for secure delivery. Access to or storage on your device that is strictly necessary is governed by section 25(2) TDDDG; associated personal-data processing by Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Non-essential device access would require prior consent under section 25(1) TDDDG.
4. Contact by e-mail or telephone
The contact feature prepares a message within your browser. It does not submit a message to Julivel. Clicking the e-mail link opens your e-mail application. Only when you send the message do we receive its contents and sender details. You can also contact us directly by e-mail or telephone. We process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details and project enquiry, to respond and discuss the next steps.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures with you, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. Our legitimate interest is responding to business enquiries. Technical e-mail and telecommunications providers may process the correspondence as necessary to provide their services. Information is shared with other recipients only where necessary and legally permitted. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive documents in an initial enquiry.
Providing information is voluntary. Without a contact address and sufficient details, we may be unable to answer your enquiry. No contract is concluded automatically through this website.
5. External links
Links to Instagram, Facebook and image-source websites are ordinary links. Those providers do not receive data through an embedded widget on this website. Following a link establishes a connection to the external provider, whose privacy information then applies. That provider may process your IP address and other usage information.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as required for the relevant purpose. Enquiries are deleted when they have been resolved and no further retention ground applies. Where correspondence must be retained under commercial or tax law, the applicable statutory period governs retention. Data required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained for the relevant limitation period. Technical logs are retained for operational and security purposes only as long as needed; incident-related records may need to be retained longer.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. The authority for our location is: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz, Postfach 30 40, 55020 Mainz, Germany; contact and further information.
8. Automated decisions and updates
We do not use the website to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, including corresponding profiling. We update this notice when our website or its data processing changes.
